It’s run by Meteo France & is auto updated every 15mins. Hover over the location & chose the one you want, you can then get a 7 day historique in cumecs & height. You need to be able to know what makes what runnable e.g. the Allier at Nouveau Monde might read .6 & you think it’s on it’s knees but at that level the river is good to go.
Professionaly we used this site every day to decide what plan of action was required for a particular trip.
